Hilal Kahraman
Hilal is a key member of the customer experience team. Her mission is to enhance the airport experience, making it smoother and more enjoyable for passengers. She focuses on eight guest segments, including people with disabilities, and for the past seven years has been dedicated to promoting accessible and independent travel. In recognition of her efforts, Hilal received the 2021 CXPA Impact Award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Outcomes Related to CX.
