She began her tech career as a full-stack developer after working as an English professor and creative writer. Before academia, she was a connoisseur and purveyor of overpriced adult beverages on New Orleans' famous Bourbon Street, where she now regularly performs stand-up comedy. Her diverse background fuels her unique approach to leadership, creativity, and problem-solving.
