Shuhei joined Narita International Airport Corporation in 2012. Since 2021 he has been leading the airport city project by planning the airport city concept, conducting concept studies, establishing a new organization to realize the airport city with the local government, working with major Japanese real estate companies and contacting companies to attract industry.
