In her 12 years working in aviation accessibility at major Spanish airports within the Aena network, Belén has played a key role in numerous projects aimed at improving the experience for people with reduced mobility. Throughout her career, she has witnessed many impactful stories – both inspiring and challenging – that deserve to be shared.
