Patrick Muller
Patrick started his career with Air France in various operational roles. After taking on the role of accountable manager at Frankfurt-Hahn airport, he continued in several international airports in Europe and the Middle East. He worked in operational roles and in the last 15 years in C-level positions. His experience includes roles in London, Jeddah, Doha, Kuwait, Berlin and Delhi. Patrick is COO of Matarat, a holding company for all commercial airports in Saudi Arabia.

Panelists will begin by introducing their previous airports' use cases of AL/ML projects for airport operations, share lessons learned, and the issues that airports today need to consider when assessing system requirements, implementation, and deploying artificial intelligence effectively and responsibly. The panel will discuss the journey ahead to support TAM, future developments and desired outcomes.
