Alan has more than 25 years of experience in security management, with the last 15 years at Changi Airport Group in charge of aviation security. He is responsible for implementing security enhancement and developmental projects, managing contracted security services, undertaking aviation security audits and inspections, and promoting security culture and awareness. He also works with different regulatory entities to ensure CAG meets the security requirements to support Changi’s infrastructure developments and projects.
