Torben has over 20 years of experience in the airport and logistics industries, serving as a leader and executive. With two decades of consulting experience, the past 10 years have focused on enterprise culture, team dynamics and leadership development. He specializes in facilitating culture transformations to enhance collective consciousness and build high-performing teams. Additionally, Torben is an executive coach. Torben is married to Dorte and has three children, Daniel (31), Nicklas (29) and Mai (27).
