Elizabeth Hegarty
Liz Hegarty joined her local airport having seen an advert in the local newspaper. As 'graduate #3' at LCY, she experienced all functions of the airport, from aircraft marshaling to planning applications. Following 10 years at LCY, Hegarty moved to BAA in roles including sustainability, security and lastly customer service director at Heathrow. Since 2021, she has led PRM, VIP and security services as MD at Wilson James, with 2,500 colleagues across the UK and KSA.
