Karen Ellis is the assistant general manager – customer experience for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport ATL. Ellis has 27 years of experience at ATL, SAT and HAS. She earned a master's in human resources mgmt from Troy University and is an at-large board member for the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), and a member of the Airport Council International ACI MARCOMCX steering committee. Ellis will end her career at the airport where she started.
