Mark De Laurentiis

Mark De Laurentiis is the Director of the ENAC Protection of Passenger Rights Dept since 2021. He has worked in aviation since 2008 in the Economic & Airport Charges Dept. He is the Chair of the ECAC Facilitation Sub-Group on the Transport of PRMs . He has been Head of Passenger Rights and Airport Quality Services Unit since June 2018. He has been Director of the Air Transport and Environment Dept. Graduated in Economics.
