Jeffrey Schäfer
Jeffrey Schäfer is the process owner of aircraft turnaround at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. He specializes in optimizing airport operations through leveraging advanced technologies like AI and data analytics in day-to-day airport operations, improving efficiency, predictability and on-time performance. He also is the co-creator of the Amsterdam delay allocation method (ADAM), which improved the quality of delay insights tremendously and is freely available to be used by other airports. Schäfer is known for his innovative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
