Jody Hardin

Jody Hardin is the executive director for the innovation and strategy directorate in CBP’s office of field operations. In this role, she leads strategy development, operational analysis and business transformation efforts that impact more than 27,000 frontline employees at 328 ports of entry and 17 pre-clearance locations. She oversees the development of innovation and technology for field operations including new AI use cases, biometric solutions, land border processing technologies, non-intrusive inspection systems and mobile applications.
