Amir Ganaba

Amir is a managing director and leader of BCG's North American Western Region infrastructure practice area with deep experience serving clients across the airport, transportation, and large capital delivery ecosystem. His experience includes the development of a new capital planning and asset management process to support a US$25bn+ capital program, as well as integrating core digital systems. Before BCG, Amir was a member of the US national figure skating team for 15 years.

The panel will discuss the major challenges airports face as global air travel steadily returns to pre-pandemic levels while the airport industry faces significant operational and infrastructural challenges.
