He leads the development of innovative, secure and customer-focused technology solutions to support the airport's complex business and operational needs. His role oversees key areas such as application development, IT infrastructure, information security, enterprise systems and client services. Youngs has over 25 years of experience in IT, including his previous role as deputy director for technology at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
