With 25 years of diverse industry, operational and international business experience, Peter Gargiulo focuses on strategy, workforce development, organizational effectiveness and customer experience. He was previously director of strategy management for DTW for over a decade. He is the creator of ACI-NA’s US Airport Professional Program (USAP) and author of The future of the airport workforce. Gargiulo has served in a variety of industry leadership roles with ACI-NA, ACI World and IATA.
