Jan-Bjorn Schomann has over 20 years of consulting and management experience in the aviation sector, focused on strategy, economics and finance. Having worked for airports, airlines, aviation regulators, government and investors, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience with the implementation and management of EPMOs, investment appraisals and capital expenditure planning, commercial and operational management, and digital transformation. Schomann is the executive director for the Egis PMO consultancy, embedded in Matarat, Saudi Arabia's airport holding.
