Hung-Hsien Lin

Lin Hung-Hsien has extensive experience in airport planning and construction. He leads major renovation projects across Taiwan’s airports, including the Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 upgrade, which continued to service 30,000 passengers daily throughout construction without disruption, and won first prize at the 2014 Taiwan architecture award. He is currently overseeing the Kaohsiung Airport new terminal project. A skilled Qigong practitioner, he finds balance and inner peace through his practice.

Kaohsiung International Airport (IATA; KHHI), Taiwan's second-largest international airport, plans to expand its terminal capacity in two phases without disrupting current operations. The Taiwanese Civil Aviation Administration (CAA) has established a multilayered delivery structure to manage this complex project.
