Melissa Conley

Melissa is the TSA executive director for capability management and innovation for the office of requirements and capabilities analysis (RCA). She provides enterprise oversight for TSA operational capabilities throughout their lifecycle to ensure proper resourcing and alignment with DHS and TSA strategies and priorities. Melissa leads the integration of materiel and non-materiel capabilities into the security architecture and drives innovation efforts with stakeholders to enhance operational capabilities and develop efficiencies.
