Mark coordinates the aviation pursuits and projects for one of the US's largest and oldest construction companies. Before McCarthy, he had a diversified 23-year career as an airport and seaport executive, holding positions in operations, contracting, security, and public safety in the Portland and Sacramento Airport systems, as well as six years as a consultant for a design and engineering firm.
