Abdulmajeed has over 16 years of HR leadership experience. Joining Riyadh Airports in 2022, he quickly advanced to lead strategic HR initiatives. A CIPD-certified professional coach, Abdulmajeed focuses on talent development, leadership, and organizational transformation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and an MBA from AlFaisal University. His previous senior HR roles include positions at AlShaya Group, AlMarai, SAMA, and the Ministry of Finance.
