Joseph Chadwell is Heathrow’s strategic capacity manager, responsible for long-term capacity initiatives and impacts. He has led the strategy behind Heathrow's creating capacity beacon, aiming to optimize capacity across terminals to enable room for growth. He also leads capacity assurance for the security programme, helping to manage the capacity impacts of the installation of new body scanning and CT screening equipment across terminals and campus. When not running capacity models, he likes to run marathons.
