Dieter Scheltjens
Dieter Scheltjens is the head of passenger mobility services at Brussels Airport. In this role, he is responsible for implementing and improving landside transportation solutions. He is dedicated to enhancing the passenger experience to ensure smooth travel and promote sustainable mobility options. Together with his team, Dieter supports Brussels Airport in its development as an intermodal hub that prioritizes accessibility and sustainability.

Route development is a core aviation skill, easily replicated for ground transportation providers. Forecasting power and customer profiling deliver insights for landside mobility services. Further inspirational parallels will be drawn to enable mobility on the ground as well as in the air.
