Tim Leech
Tim has been at Heathrow for nine years, serving as head of surface access strategy for the past three. He also spent a year on secondment, working on the transportation assessment for HS2 Phase 2B. Before his current role, he was a project manager on the Heathrow Expansion project for five years. While leading the introduction of Covid testing for colleagues, Tim became the first person to take a lateral flow test outside of a laboratory setting.

Designing a sustainable surface access network fit for the future
This presentation will explain how London Heathrow will design its future airport development in line with its aspirations to become a passenger terminal interchange, increase passenger connectivity and achieve a higher sustainable transportation mode share.
