Kellen Schroeter is the CEO and co-founder at Pattern Labs. The Boulder, CO-based startup is focused on automating airport ground operations processes. Before starting Pattern, Schroeter led product and program management inside Amazon’s robotics and artificial intelligence division as the team scaled up its fleet of autonomous mobile robots. Schroeter is passionate about sustainability, using automation to provide abundance for humanity, off-Earth robotic exploration, AI ethics, and paleontology.
