Rob Broere

Rob has 42 years of experience in aviation and managed the PSS systems for Emirates. He chaired the IATA StB program that launched NDC, OneOrder and OneID. He also chaired the IATA Travel Standards Board, which owns passenger processing standards. He passionately believes that the travel ecosystem is outdated. Since 2020 he has run his own consultancy, TravelMustChange, supporting airlines, airports and IT providers. He has been a regular conference speaker on topics around passenger experience.
