Jerry Angrave
Jerry Angrave is the customer experience director of Empathyce, a strategic CX consulting firm specializing in aviation. He is a certified customer experience professional, a member of London Heathrow Airport’s Accessibility Advisory Group, and a member of the British Aviation Group. Before establishing Empathyce in 2012, Angrave had senior customer experience in in-house roles including at Lloyds Banking Group. He lived in New Zealand for several years but is now based in the UK.
