Jerry Angrave
Jerry Angrave is Customer Experience Director at Empathyce, a strategic CX consulting firm specializing in aviation. He works with airports, airlines and their partners globally to improve passengers’ experiences that in turn lead to better commercial outcomes. Jerry is Chair of the Virgin Atlantic Accessibility Board and a member of the Accessibility Advisory Group at London Heathrow Airport. He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional and a member of the British Aviation Group. Jerry lived in New Zealand for several years but is now based in the UK.
