Airport operational database and more
ISO

Since 1987 ISO has been deeply rooted in the airport industry. The company’s SKYport airport management suite is deployed in more than 80 airports worldwide and ensures operational excellence as well as fully automated revenue management.

The core module is its airport operational database (AODB). This forms the central hub for storing, processing and distributing all flight-related information. With integrated master data management, the company ensures that data is consistent for further processing. Intuitive management of business rules allows for a high degree of automation throughout the SKYport applications, including the billing module, where bills are automatically created and distributed by the system, requiring only a few interactions from the user.

SKYport Activities adds functions for ground handling management to the SKYport AODB standard. Existing contracts with airlines can be used to define the mandatory and optional ground handling activities per airline, flight and aircraft type. This leads to a high degree of automation in the creation, execution and billing of ground handling activities. This module is therefore tailor-made for ground handling companies and airports. At this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo, the company is showcasing the SKYport airport operations control center (AOCC), the newest addition to the SKYport suite, offering a workflow-based approach to incident management.
