Now we see the focus on everything from customer service, to food, to infrastructure, to lighting, to what is your experience, what is your mood, the level of noise, all of those factors that would not have been my responsibility. But now it is the airports’ responsibility to create the experience, even though there isn’t necessarily a fiscal relationship between the airport and the guest”
